Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 27, 2026

This policy describes how we handle information at Appellate Agents.

What we collect from public visitors

When you visit the public pages of appellateagents.com, Cloudflare receives standard request data (IP address, user agent, request path) as part of routing traffic to the site. We use Cloudflare's aggregate analytics to understand traffic patterns. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking pixels.

What we collect when you sign in

If you sign in via Google OAuth, Google provides us with your email address and basic profile information. We use this solely to confirm you are on our access list and to associate sessions with your account. If you sign in with a password, we store only a hash of your password and your email address.

Cookies

We set a session cookie (portal_session) when you sign in, and a short-lived state cookie (oauth_state) during the OAuth flow. Both are HTTP-only and used solely for authentication.

Information you submit through the platform

Information you input into the platform is processed using enterprise-tier AI infrastructure under contractual no-training and short data retention terms. We do not retain prompt content beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

What we do not do

We do not run advertising. We do not sell user data. We do not share user information with third parties except as strictly necessary to provide the platform (for example, the AI infrastructure providers described above).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The most recent version will always be posted on this page.
