Appellate Agents is a research and drafting platform for appellate practice. We began as a personal tool and have grown into a private beta used by a small group of practicing attorneys.

We sit at the intersection of two beliefs: that appellate practice is a craft that benefits from focused tooling, and that AI is most useful when it gets out of the way of a lawyer's judgment rather than substituting for it.

We are in active development. Features change. Workflows are refined based on what our users actually need. Our goal is to build a tool that holds up to the standards of the lawyers who use it on real matters.

Appellate Agents is an early-stage company. We are building deliberately, with input from the practitioners who use the platform, and we are open to outside investment. Information for prospective investors is on the investors page.
