Access
Appellate Agents is in invitation-only private beta. During this phase, active seats are extended exclusively to investors in the company and to a small number of advisors with appellate-practice expertise.
We are not currently accepting general signups. Open licensing will follow once the beta is complete; until then, access tracks with capital partnership and appellate-practice advisory engagement.
If you have already been invited, sign in using the credentials provided to you. If you believe you should have access and do not, contact the person who referred you to the platform.
Demonstrations
Live demonstrations of the platform are available to prospective investors and to attorneys with appellate-practice experience considering an advisory engagement. Sessions run by video and walk through the typical research-and-drafting workflow on a sample matter, with time afterward for questions.
To schedule a demonstration, reach out to seed@appellateagents.com with a short note on your background and what you are interested in seeing.
Licensing
During the beta, seats are extended in connection with investment commitments and advisory engagements rather than as a separate commercial product. Each seat is individually tied to a single user, is non-transferable, and is granted under a per-seat usage-based model that scales with platform activity. Seats may be revoked at any time and are subject to the platform's terms of use.
Open licensing — under a per-seat, usage-based model coordinated with each firm or solo practitioner based on expected practice volume — will follow the beta. Until then, prospective users outside the investor and advisor track are encouraged to follow the platform's progress and reach out when general access opens.
Note. Information about investing is on the investors page. Sharing credentials or invitation links with others is prohibited; see the terms of use for the full conditions of access.
